Key Responsibilities
Conflict Resolution & Grievances: Address and resolve employee disputes, complaints, and grievances through mediation.
Investigations & Compliance: Conduct thorough investigations into policy violations or harassment complaints and ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels.
Policy Implementation: Develop, interpret, and apply HR policies to create a fair and consistent work environment.
Performance Management Support: Coach managers on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Records Management: Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and investigations.

Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Advisor, or Manager focusing on employee relations.
Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Integrity: High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
