Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for telesales roles through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS reports.
Build a strong pipeline of telesales candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of positions and adherence to recruitment SLAs.
