Human Resource Recruiter (Fresher)
Location:
Koregaon Park, Pune (Work from Office)
Salary:
Up to ₹15,000 per month

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA HR preferred)
Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment
Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to interact confidently with candidates over calls and messages
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Assist senior recruiters in achieving recruitment targets.
Learn and implement recruitment best practices and hiring strategies.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
