HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, databases and references.

  • Connect with candidates, share job details and shortlist suitable profiles.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate line-ups.

  • Handle walk-in interviews and hiring drives.

  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and during the joining process.

  • Coordinate with selected candidates for smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates.

  • Coordinate with management regarding recruitment requirements.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good candidate handling and follow-up skills.

  • Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
