Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
• Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
• Handle courier dispatch and receipt of mail/packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Support HR/Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination tasks.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 0 -1 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
