Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, communication, and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Support the HR team with recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
