Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support the HR team with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Willingness to learn and grow in HR recruitment
