Job description:

An HR Recruiter in Real Estate is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, vet, and hire top talent across diverse real estate domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process from crafting compelling, industry-specific job descriptions to managing final offers and onboarding documentation.

• Strategic Sourcing: Attract top-tier candidates using major job portals (Naukri.com, Indeed), professional networks (LinkedIn), industry-specific boards, headhunting, and referral programs.

• Real Estate Specialization: Actively recruit for diverse verticals including property sales agents, brokers, site engineers, customer relationship management (CRM) executives, digital marketing specialists, and legal compliance officers.

• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct strict initial telephonic/video screenings, evaluate real estate domain knowledge, and gauge alignment with commission structures or target-driven environments.

• Interview Coordination: Align schedules, set up multi-stage interviews between candidates and hiring managers (Sales Directors, Project Heads, Partners), and follow up promptly.

• Pipeline Management: Build a robust, ongoing talent pipeline to meet aggressive scaling needs for upcoming residential, commercial, or retail project launches.

• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, clearly communicate variable payout/commission structures, issue offer letters, and manage background verification processes.

• Data & Tracking: Maintain real-time management information systems (MIS), update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and track key HR metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a mandatory focus within the real estate or property consultancy sector.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate operations, licensing, site timelines, and the unique performance-driven culture of property sales.

• Sourcing Expertise: Mastery over database querying, cold calling passive candidates, and utilizing social media to build employer branding.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch the company effectively to high-performing candidates.

• Negotiation & Judgment: Strong negotiation skills, sound judgment in evaluating talent, and comfort discussing targets and incentives.

• Tools: Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS platforms, spreadsheet documentation (Excel/Google Sheets), and digital communication tools.

Work Location: In person

Salary – Salary Depended Upon Candidate Knowledge and Experience + Incentive.
