Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter who will work from home and support our recruitment process along with lead generation activities. The role includes hiring candidates for Zepto projects (Part-Time and Full-Time positions).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Shortlist resumes from job portals as per hiring requirements.

2. Call candidates and conduct initial screening.

3. Share job details and guide candidates about the role.

4. Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.

5. Ensure selected candidates complete the joining process.

• Experience: Any experience (Freshers can also apply)

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Work Mode: Work From Home
