Key Responsibilities

Assist senior team members in daily operational tasks
Learn company processes, systems, and workflows
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks
Ensure timely completion of assigned work
Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
Prepare reports, MIS, and basic data analysis
Role-Specific Responsibilities (Customize as Needed)
1. HR Trainee
Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in HR documentation and policies
2. Accounts Trainee
Assist in invoice processing and bookkeeping
Support GST, TDS, and basic compliance work
Maintain financial records and vouchers
3. Merchandising Trainee (Textile/E-commerce)
Coordinate with buyers and suppliers
Track orders, production, and dispatch status
Assist in product development and sampling
4. Operations/Logistics Trainee
Monitor dispatch, inventory, and supply chain activities
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams
Ensure proper documentation and tracking
5. E-commerce Executive (Fresher)
Manage product listings on marketplaces
Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
Assist in digital sales and promotions

Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BA, or relevant field)
