Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process and maintain both Indian and US payroll accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and candidates.
Support employee engagement, attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR activities.
