We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing export-oriented MSME. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture in a small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles (operations, export documentation, accounts, logistics, sales support, etc.)
Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
Conduct employee onboarding and induction
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Handle confirmations, role changes, increments, exits, and full & final settlements
Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR MIS reports
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts/consultant
Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions
Support salary revisions and performance-linked incentives
4. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws for MSMEs
PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity
Shops & Establishment Act
Coordinate with external consultants for filings and audits
Maintain compliance registers and records
5. Performance Management
Assist in goal-setting and appraisal processes
Track performance review cycles and documentation
Support management in implementing simple performance frameworks
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and basic training programs
Help build a positive, compliant, and people-friendly work culture
7. Policy & Process Support
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Ensure policy communication and adherence
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations in small/medium organizations
Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and MSME compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
Comfortable working independently in a small team
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in MSME / manufacturing / export sector)
