Job Responsibility:- Looking candidate for role of “Asst Manager” in the field of Human Resource
1. Joining formalities - Collect Personnel Records, Completion of joining formalities based on eligibility - Medical & Personnel Insurance, PF Nomination, Identity card, transport arrangements, bank account etc.
2. Handling/Maintaining Employee Database - Providing Application Form and Appointment Letter, Collecting Aadhar Card copy, Educational Certificates & other relevant documents.
3. Letter drafting of Warning, suspension, absence, and experience.
4. Hiring of blue color and white color employees (Steward, Kitchen helper, Chef, Operations Manager, Hospitality manager, CDP etc.)
5. Hiring from Campus drive and NGO hiring.
6. Employee engagement.
7. Appraisal process.
8. Leaves and Attendance Management
9. Handling Payroll and compliance
10. Monthly Attendance closing by Excel/ Punching machine and HRMS portal.
11. Managing advance Salary, Mobile Phone expenses.
12. Maintaining Salary Registers, Over time, Incentive, PF corrections
13. Maintain compliance register leave, Muster Roll etc.
14. Handling Time Office activities (Check daily Attendance, Absent, Late coming, early going & miss punch report)
15. Handling day to day workers problem to maintain harmonious industrial relations for smooth functioning of the company.
16. TIC and PF / UAN no generating.
17. EPF correction, Death case process, PF KYC approvals.
18. Vendor billing/compliance.
19. Employees health policy / Group medical policy / workmen compensation policy.
20. PF & ESIC Challans.
21. Full and Final settlement.
22. Candidate should be excellent in MS Office (PPT, Pivot Table etc.)
23. Maintain all agreement soft copy & hard copy & updated renewal & expired detail
