HR Intern:
The HR Intern will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Offering PPO (Pre-Placement Offer): After successfully completing your 3 month's internship program, The company will provide a permanent, full-time job.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
Shift: Day shift
Weekdays: Mon-Sat
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Location: In person (Dehradun)
