We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
Assist in HR policies, reports, and daily HR operations
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

Who Can Apply:
Students or graduates in HR, Management, or related fields
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
Good organizational and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
