Location: Budhpur, Delhi

Stipend: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role: We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role will provide practical exposure to the complete hiring process and basic HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

• Search and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other sources

• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment data

• Assist with joining formalities, documentation and onboarding

• Support attendance, employee records and other day-to-day HR activities

• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements

• Assist the HR team in other activities and projects as required

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
