HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role will provide practical exposure to the complete hiring process and basic HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

· Search and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other sources

· Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

· Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment data

· Assist with joining formalities, documentation and onboarding

· Support attendance, employee records and other day-to-day HR activities

· Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements

· Assist the HR team in other activities and projects as required

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

· Good follow-up and coordination skills

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
