• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Screen candidates and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with candidates for follow-ups

• Maintain candidate database and records

• Assist in onboarding and documentation

• Work closely with team leaders and management

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
