The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, maintain workforce
discipline, and ensure smooth coordination between management and employees
while fostering a productive and positive work culture.
◆ Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company
objectives.
Manage complete recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll processes.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other labour laws.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS data accurately.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations with fairness and
confidentiality.
Coordinate performance evaluation, appraisals, and salary revisions.
Plan and execute employee engagement and training initiatives.
Support management in manpower planning and departmental coordination.
Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment.
◆ Requirements
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience: 3–7 years in HR management (preferably in manufacturing / engineering
industry).
Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems.
Strong sense of discipline, confidentiality, and employee engagement.
