We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. This role plays a critical part in shaping our company culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and trusted advisor to both leadership and employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Drive learning, development, and training programs
Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
1+ years of HR experience, including in a managerial role
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage
