Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews, follow-ups, update job portals, track leads, and maintain HubSpot records.
2. Onboarding & Documentation: Handle offer letters, appointment letters, ID card follow-ups, and employee onboarding processes.
3. Attendance & Employee Engagement: Update attendance, WhatsApp status, greet employees on birthdays, and manage daily communications.
4. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily HR reports, total calls, URN updates, and track recruitment leads from job portals.
5. Appointments & Coordination: Manage HR appointments and ensure smooth coordination of recruitment tasks.
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication (English mandatory)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in HR tools, job portals, and HubSpot
• Attention to detail and timely follow-ups Educational Qualification:
• Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field like BBA, MBA, MSc, etc. (English mandatory)
Experience:
• Freshers can apply; first 3 months will be treated as internship
• Prior experience in HR recruitment or administrative coordination is preferred for experienced candidates
