Job Description – HR Executive (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Payroll)

Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Nagarbhavi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.

• Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance and leave records.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Coordinate employee engagement and performance review activities.

• Support exit formalities and full & final settlements.

• Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.

• Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HRMS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
