Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and final onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to analyze and fulfill manpower requirements.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure seamless completion of joining formalities.
Conduct orientation and induction programs for new joiners.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, ID creation, and background verification.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the organization.
Prepare and process accurate monthly payroll.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee master records.
Prepare and upload ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return) for PF contributions and ensure timely submission.
Manage other statutory compliances including ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and related filings.
Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and team-building initiatives.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts fairly and promptly.
Promote a healthy, positive, and inclusive work culture across the organization.
Assist in drafting, revising, and implementing HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure alignment of all HR procedures with organizational goals and labor law requirements.
Identify training needs and coordinate with internal/external trainers.
Organize technical, behavioral, and soft-skills development sessions.
Track training completion and evaluate training outcomes for continuous improvement.
Support the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, attendance, and completion reports.
Maintain performance documentation and assist in appraisal process coordination.
Support automation of HR processes and digital record-keeping.
Implement HR dashboards, MIS reporting tools, and other tech-driven solutions.
Collaborate with relevant teams for smooth rollout of HR digital systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, maintaining confidentiality and empathy.
Support HR projects such as audits, training rollouts, and system upgrades.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping and documentation in compliance with statutory guidelines.
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with PF/ESIC portals and ECR challan preparation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, dashboards, data cleaning).
Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
