Job Title: Front Office Executive & HR Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Devrana, Delhi-Haridwar Highway, Mansurpur, Muzaffarnagar

Shift: Day Shift (Flexible as per operations)
Preferred Candidates: UP/Delhi NCR

Job Description:

Devrana Resort is looking for a professional and well-organized candidate to manage Front Desk operations along with HR responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest interactions, managing reception activities, and supporting recruitment and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Reception:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out

• Handle calls, inquiries, and bookings professionally

• Maintain front office records and guest data

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

• Ensure a positive guest experience
  Salary: ₹18,000-₹22,000

HR Management:

• Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination

• Maintain employee records and documentation

• Assist in onboarding and staff coordination

• Manage attendance and basic HR operations

• Support management in HR-related activities
  Salary:₹30,000-₹40,000

Requirements:

• Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or HR roles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable personality with customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
