Job Description:
We are hiring for Front Desk Receptionist and HR Manager roles. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling visitors, and supporting HR functions including recruitment and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Reception:
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
Manage front desk operations and appointments
Maintain records and office coordination
Provide basic information to clients and candidates
Salary: ₹18,000 - $22,000
HR Management:
Handle recruitment and interview coordination
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in onboarding and HR operations
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
1–2 years of experience in Receptionist or HR roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Who Can Apply:
