Job Description – HR Executive (Work from Home)

Position: HR Executive

Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Income Range: ■18,000 – ■25,000 (Performance-based growth)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Building and managing a strong sales & marketing team.

• Training and guiding new team members for better performance.

• Developing team communication and ensuring a positive work environment.

• Coordinating with management to achieve recruitment and sales targets.

• Maintaining proper records of hiring and team progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership and team management qualities.

• Basic knowledge of digital platforms & online work.

• Ability to motivate and influence people.

• Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Fresher/Experienced both can apply.

• Should have a smartphone, internet connection & basic digital knowledge.
