Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Nettech India is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to support recruitment, employee onboarding, and client coordination for our IT training operations. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career HR professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internal hiring requirements

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Post job openings on various job portals and social platforms

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

Client Coordination

Coordinate with corporate clients regarding training requirements and schedules

Act as a liaison between the institute and clients for smooth communication

HR Operations

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred)

0 – 2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in IT staffing or EdTech / Training industry

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary will be based on the candidate’s last CTC and performance in the interview.
