We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting overall talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and career pages
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
2. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Provide regular updates on hiring status and recruitment metrics
Ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and internal teams
3. Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding
4. HR Operations Support
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and recruitment databases
Support other HR activities as needed (engagement, documentation, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
Familiarity with job portals and professional networks
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
