Job Title: Overseas Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Overseas Recruiter to help hire candidates for international job opportunities. The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for overseas positions while maintaining good communication with clients and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Understand client hiring requirements and timelines
Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding processes
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (any qualification with good experience will be considered)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
Knowledge of overseas hiring processes is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic computer and MS Office skills
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Experience:
0–10 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
