Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk, BPO, mass, sales, and lateral hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle bulk, mass, BPO, sales, and lateral hiring as per business requirements.

•Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

•Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

•Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

•Manage joining formalities and documentation.

•Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

•Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

•Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Eligibility

●6+ months experience in HR/ Recruitment

●MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred

●Good communication & interpersonal skills

●Organized, proactive & people-oriented

Requirements:

●Experience in bulk/mass/BPO/sales recruitment preferred

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

●Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
