Designation: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources

• Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.

• Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.

• Assist in payroll and salary-related processes.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, and HR documents.

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.

• Ensure implementation of company HR policies and rules.

• Monitor probation, confirmation, and employee performance records.

• Handle resignation, notice period, exit, and clearance formalities.

• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, and manpower.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related matters.

  Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant HR qualification will be an added advantage.

  Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

  • Freshers with good communication skills and basic HR knowledge may also be considered.
