Assist in end-to-end recruitment
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Maintain recruitment and candidate records
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training programs and workshops
Track training needs and maintain training records
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role (freshers may apply depending on organization)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Good organizational and time-management skills
