Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer roll-out, joining formalities, onboarding, induction & orientation.
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other social media platforms.
Experience in handling Training & Development programs.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personnel files.
Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person as required.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and organize in-house recruitment events.
