Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Joining Process Owner to manage the full-cycle onboarding process. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of the joining process, including facilitating communication with clients and team members, resolving issues, and presenting updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team effectively.

- Communicate process expectations clearly to team members and senior management.

- Prepare and deliver presentations regarding the integration of joining processes.

- Address challenges promptly and maintain a streamlined process.

- Organize and facilitate escalation meetings with clients.

- Take ownership and accountability for resolving any gaps in the hiring process.

- Monitor parameters to ensure efficiency in operations.

- Advertise job openings on various platforms.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate with certification in HR or related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with resume databases is a plus.

- Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.

- A desire for personal and professional growth.
