Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and screening resumes.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Assist with employee records and day-to-day HR activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment; freshers can apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
