Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in recruitment, vendor management, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, recruitment vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants for candidate requirements.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and joining coordination.
Maintain regular communication with hiring teams and recruitment partners.
Track candidate status and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.
Build and maintain good relationships with recruitment vendors.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
Knowledge of recruitment and vendor management is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and follow-ups.
Candidates with experience in recruitment consultancy or vendor coordination will be preferred.
