Industry: Recruitment / Staffing
Understand client/manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Coordinate interview feedback and follow up with clients.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer negotiations and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closures as per client TAT.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Share regular recruitment status reports with management.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Experience in sourcing from job portals.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ATS (if any).
