Job Title: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources

Job Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
Understanding hiring requirements from hiring maScheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer release.
Following up with selected candidates for joining.
Maintaining recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes.Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
