Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding the requirement to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare a clear recruitment plan for each position.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals and other relevant channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and role suitability.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the concerned teams/management.
Handle hiring for retail, sales, merchandising, accounts, operations, corporate and other functions as required.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current as well as future requirements.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll-out, documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS covering open positions, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, joining status and hiring timelines.
Regularly follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback and improve the quality and speed of hiring.
Track recruitment performance and identify the most effective sourcing channels.
Maintain a database of suitable candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with external recruitment consultants wherever required and monitor their performance.
Support the HR team in improving recruitment processes, interview practices and hiring turnaround time.
