HR Recruiter

Location: Palasia, Indore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process handling
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and follow-up
Posting jobs on various hiring platforms
Achieving monthly hiring targets

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment cycle
Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good convincing and negotiation skills

Qualification:

BBA / MBA / Any Graduate (Completed)
Candidates must NOT be pursuing
