We are hiring for an HR Manager / HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee management, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and proactive in building a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Manage payroll and leave records.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Organize training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Resolve employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
