We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

• Support in offer letter preparation and joining formalities

• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

• Maintain proper HR documentation and records.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
