We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern for a paid internship to support our Human Resources team in daily HR activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement in a corporate environment.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
Maintain employee data and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
Help in implementing HR policies and processes
Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office tools
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
