About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resource department in daily HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in HR, learn practical HR operations, and work closely with the team in a creative industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

Support HR team in onboarding of new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and attendance.

Help in preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.

Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day HR tasks.

Assist in organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.

Handle basic employee queries professionally.

Support HR team in overall daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

Graduate/Undergraduate pursuing HR, Management, or related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
