We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee record management, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and leave records.
Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
Maintain office supplies and handle procurement of office materials.
Coordinate facility management and housekeeping staff.
Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for administrative records.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (basic)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
