About the Opportunity: Jobroots Consultancy is expanding! We are looking for aggressive, self-driven Freelance Recruiters who want to be their own boss. We hold the clients (Top BPO/Corporate firms); you hold the talent.

💰 The Commercials (Best in Market):

• Commission: 50% FLAT sharing on the invoice value per candidate.

• (Example: If we bill the client ₹15,000, you take home ₹7,500).

• Zero Investment: No joining fees or hidden charges.

• Payment Cycle: Payout is released after the candidate completes the client’s lock-in period (45 / 60 / 90 days, depending on the specific client agreement).

🎯 Your Role:

• End-to-End Sourcing: You are the hunter. You must source candidates using your own channels (LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals, Cold Calling).

• Screening: Conduct the first round of telephonic screening (Communication check, Stability check).

• Coordination: Line up candidates for interviews and ensure they show up.

  
  ⚠️ Important Prerequisite (Please Read):

• We do NOT provide a calling database. You must be capable of generating your own leads using social media (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, or your personal network.

• This role is purely performance-based. No fixed salary.
