Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing blue-collar candidates across various roles. The recruiter will work independently to fulfill hiring requirements within defined timeline while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, field sourcing, references, and social media.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, availability, and eligibility.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
Verify candidate documents and basic background details.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding/joining is completed.
Compensation:
Payment on per successful closure/ per joining basis.
Attractive incentives for bulk closures (if applicable).
