Job Summary:
The Floor Manager (Admin) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining discipline, and supporting staff productivity. The role involves coordination, supervision, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and administrative activities
Ensure proper allocation of tasks among admin staff
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of employees
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
Maintain office facilities, cleanliness, and infrastructure upkeep
Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth functioning
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct regular floor rounds and inspections
Prepare reports on daily activities and performance
