We are seeking a Blue Collar Manpower Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for facility management roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment for positions such as housekeeping staff, security guards, office boys, pantry boys, electricians, plumbers, technicians, and supervisors.
The role requires strong sourcing skills, candidate coordination, and the ability to close urgent manpower requirements within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and support staff positions.
Source candidates through: Social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp groups)
Local references and field recruitment drives
Conduct telephonic and walk-in interviews.
Coordinate candidate interviews with operations and client teams.
Maintain a strong database of ready-to-join candidates.
Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
Coordinate with operations team for manpower deployment at client sites.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Build candidate pipelines for urgent and bulk requirements.
