Wercatalyst Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities including travel support, note-taking, staff coordination, and effective follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the MD in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and meeting management.

- Arrange travel itineraries, tickets, and accommodation for official trips.

- Take clear and accurate notes during meetings and follow up on action items.

- Coordinate with staff and different departments for smooth execution of tasks.

- Track deadlines, prepare reminders, and support in timely completion of deliverables.

- Draft basic communications, reports, and presentations when required.

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters.

- Support in managing client visits, inspections, and internal events.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good written and verbal communication.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.

- Ability to travel and manage logistics independently.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
